Ticket Policies and Commissions
TICKET AND SERVICE CHARGE SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS We are a member of the National Tour Association of America (NTA) (1-800-755-8687 for reference). We maintain a $250,000 consumer protection policy. Since the tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order submitted to us. Tickets can only be returned on a consignment basis where you would get upon receipt of payment the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them. All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by greatatlantictravel.com. Online orders placed after 5PM EST weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day. All deposits are non-refundable. When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets can not be replaced if they get lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets. If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the event. New tickets may need to be issued. If you can not make the new date we will accept tickets back from you on a consignment basis only. You would receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for up to the price that you paid. In case of a rain-out or strike for a sporting event no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available, or in accordance with team policy. Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market prices are subject to change at any time. INVENTORY AVAILABILITY TRAVEL AGENTS AND TOUR OPERATORS Becoming one of our partners not only allows you to provide full service to your customers but allows you to generate some extra profit for yourself. This policy may be different on some special event packages.
