All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Please sign and
return your completed booking form along with your applicable
deposit or full payment. We encourage you to purchase travel
insurance to protect your investment.
Once this is received, Great Atlantic Travel will send
confirmation of your booking including event tickets (subject to
availability) and receipt of payment. Please review this
confirmation carefully as it is unlikely that Great Atlantic Travel
can accommodate changes later on.
Deposits. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of
travel cost is due at the time of booking along with the correctly
completed Booking Form. These forms should be forwarded to Great
Atlantic Travel (the company) 1065 Laskin Road, #101, Virginia
Beach, VA 23451. All payments are accepted on first come, first
serve basis subject to availability. Note all ticket packages must
be paid in full at time of purchase.
Additional Payment. A second payment of 25% is
due March 1, 2009. The balance of the total package is due October
1, 2009. All bookings accepted after October 1, 2009 must be
accompanied by full travel package payment (100%).
Method of Payment. Payments may be made by
Visa, MasterCard, money order Payments may be made by Visa,
MasterCard, money order, cashier's check, bank wire transfer, and
personal check (provided we deem there is sufficient time for it to
be processed by our bank). All credit card payments will be
converted to U.S. Dollars as required for all merchant accounts
established in the USA. Note: For payments made by credit card, a
processing fee of 3% will be charged. In order to process
credit card payments, we must receive each cardholder's credit card
billing address. Cardholder must travel on package and provide
written authorization, acknowledging purchase and acceptance of
Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation to Great Atlantic Travel are
non-refundable for any reason. Tour services included in this
package and not used are non-refundable. No refunds will be made
for unused hotel accommodations, transportation, meals not taken
nor any other services not used due to flight delays, schedule
changes, or for any other reason.
Insurance. Travel
insurance is highly recommended. You can protect yourself
against cancellation penalties if you cancel for a reason covered
by the insurance policy you choose. All insurance policies are
different. Please read all insurance policy documents very
carefully to be sure you fully understand them.
