• Booking Form: In order to secure your place as part of the tour, you must complete the booking form. Should you have any questions, please review the terms and conditions and call or email us for clarification. Please complete, print and fax the booking form to (757)425-8950 or mail to Great Atlantic Travel, 1065 Laskin Road #101, Virginia Beach, VA 23451 or email to gatinfo@greatatlantictravel.com. Please return your completed booking form along with your applicable deposit or full payment. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of package total per person is due at the time of booking along with the correctly completed Booking Form. These forms should be forwarded to Great Atlantic Travel (the company) 1065 Laskin Road, #101, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. All payments are accepted on first come, first serve basis subject to availability.
• Additional Payment: A second payment of 40% is due January 1st, 2010 and the balance being due on March 1st, 2010. All bookings accepted after March 1, 2010 must be accompanied by full travel package payment (100%). Exception: World Cup Special Final Payment is Due January 1, 2010.  All World Cup Special accepted after January 1, 2010 must be accompanied by full travel package payment (100%).
• Confirmation: Once this is received, Great Atlantic Travel will send confirmation of your booking and receipt of payment. Please review this confirmation carefully as it is unlikely that Great Atlantic Travel can accommodate changes later on.
• South African Domestic Airfare: if you selected a Follow Your Team package & after the draw your team is selected to play in another host city that is too far to reach by ground transfers then roundtrip airfare and additional ground transfers will be required. The additional cost would be determined based on destination involved and prices will be available after the draw. • Airport Transfers in South Africa are only included when specifically mentioned in the package inclusions. If not included "meet and greet" services and transfers can be purchased between the airport and hotel on group arrival and departure dates.
• Accommodations: The accommodations used in these packages are based on the room share requested. Items such as size, ambience, facilities, location, distances from stadium and airport are all taken into account based on availability. Hotels vary from property to property. The company reserves the right to substitute any hotel at any time for another property consistent with the category. Regardless of your arrival or departure times for the hotel, early check-in or late check-out cannot be offered.
• Ground Transportation in South Africa is only included when specifically mentioned in the package inclusions. Great Atlantic Travel reserves the right to determine the mode of transportation on any service included in the package price. This may include coaches, mini vans, trains, and other modes.
• Event Tickets: No team will play twice in the same stadium for the first round. Go here for more information on event seating. Reserve early to guarantee your price. After the draw all prices will adjust based on actual venues.
• Opening Game: If your team is drawn to play in the Opening Game of the World Cup against South Africa there will be a surcharge of approximately $100 - $400 depending on category of World Cup tickets you select.
• Extra Nights and Additional Match Tickets can be purchased after the draw.
• Package prices are subject to change at any time as supply and demand dictates. Family package rates will vary. The maximum number of guests per room is three, with a maximum of two beds. World Cup ticket prices cannot be discounted regardless of age.
• Prices: All prices are per person and are based on USD. Great Atlantic Travel reserves the right to increase prices based on international currency fluctuations or increases in airfare cost. This stipulation is in effect until full payment of the package has been received by us. Prices may fluctuate based on dates of travel and matches selected.
• Airport taxes: (Departure, Arrival, Security and government taxes etc.) These are not included in the tour cost as they are continually changing i.e. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, adding and deleting of taxes etc. Taxes will be advised and payable at the time of final payment.
• Airline Fuel Surcharges and Levies: These are not included in the tour cost as they are continually changing. Any of these charges imposed by the airline will be invoiced to you and payable at the time of final payment.
• Insurance : is highly recommended. You can protect yourself against cancellation penalties if you cancel for a reason covered by the insurance policy you choose. All insurance policies are different. Please read all insurance policy documents very carefully to be sure you fully understand them.
