HOW TO BOOK:
In order to secure your place as part of 2010 FIFA World Cup South
Africa™;, you must complete the booking form. Should you have any
questions, please review the terms and conditions and call or email
us for clarification.
HOUSEHOLD LIMITS: Clients can only request up
to four (4) 2010 World Cup™ Tickets for up to seven (7) Matches per
household. Clients are not allowed more than one single Match on
the same Match day or Multiple Ticket Applications for the same
Match that have been submitted through the various Ticket sales
channels. For further information, forward questions to gatinfo@greatatlantictravel.com.
Once you have placed your booking we are obliged to ensure we
have the following details for each client: Title; First
Name;Surname; Date of Birth; Nationality; Passport Number; Home
Address (must be a street address, no a P.O. Box); and contact
Details (telephone number, ideally a mobile/cell number).
Booking Form:
Please complete, print and fax to (757)425-8950. All bookings must
be confirmed in writing. Please sign and return your completed
booking form along with your applicable deposit or full payment. We
encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your
investment.
Once this is received, Great Atlantic Travel will send
confirmation of your booking including event tickets (subject to
availability) and receipt of payment. Please review this
confirmation carefully as it is unlikely that Great Atlantic Travel
can accommodate changes later on.
Deposits and Additional Payment: Are due based on
the schedule in the appropriate booking form.
Method of Payment:
Visa, MasterCard,AMEX, Discover, money order, cashier's check, bank
wire transfer, and personal check (provided we deem there is
sufficient time for it to be processed by our bank). All credit
card payments will be converted to U.S. Dollars as required for all
merchant accounts established in the USA. Note: For payments made
by credit card, a processing fee of 3% will be charged. In order to
process credit card payments, we must receive each cardholder's
credit card billing address. Cardholder must travel on package and
provide written authorization, acknowledging purchase and
acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations:
Cancellations to Great Atlantic Travel are non-refundable for any
reason. Tour services included in this package and not used are
non-refundable. No refunds will be made for unused hotel
accommodations, transportation, meals not taken nor any other
services not used due to flight delays, schedule changes, or for
any other reason.
Insurance:
Travel insurance is highly recommended. You can protect yourself
against cancellation penalties if you cancel for a reason covered
by the insurance policy you choose. All insurance policies are
different. Please read all insurance policy documents very
carefully to be sure you fully understand them.
