• Booking Form: In order to secure your place as part of the tour; you must complete the booking form. Should you have any questions, please review the terms and conditions and call or email us for clarification. Please complete, print and fax or email the booking form to (757)425-8950 or mail to Great Atlantic Travel, 1065 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. Please return your completed booking form along with your applicable deposit or full payment.  We encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
• Deposits:  A non-refundable deposit of 25% of package total per person is due at the time of booking along with the correctly completed Booking Form. These forms should be forwarded to Great Atlantic Travel, 1065 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. All payments are accepted on first come, first serve basis subject to availability.
• Additional Payment:  A second payment of 50% is due December 1^st, 2010; and the balance being due on April 1^st, 2011. All bookings accepted after April 1^st, 2011 must be accompanied by full travel package payment (100%).
• Confirmation: Once this is received, Great Atlantic Travel / Goway Travel will send confirmation of your booking and receipt of payment.  Please review this confirmation carefully as it is unlikely that Great Atlantic Travel / Goway Travel can accommodate changes later on.
• Match Categories: Category A - Covered between the try lines; Category B - Covered/Uncovered between the try lines; Category C - Uncovered in the corners; Category D - Uncovered behind the goal lines. This is general guidelines for the type of seating available.
• Match Seating: Global sponsors and the official hospitality program will have priority on Category A and B seating during Rugby World Cup 2011. It is important to understand that the stadiums in New Zealand are much smaller than previous Rugby World Cup Tournaments. This will also add to the shortage of available tickets for most major matches. Early reservations will be required in order to register your interest for upgrading or downgrading match tickets. In the event your requested match category is not indicated on the travel program, you may submit a custom request form for upgrades or downgrades. Your request will be accepted and when we receive an additional allocation of tickets you will be notified of the increase or reduction in cost.
• Airport Transfers in New Zealand are only included when specifically mentioned in the package inclusions. If not included "meet and greet" services and transfers can be purchased between the airport and hotel on group arrival and departure dates.
• Accommodations: The accommodations used in these packages are based on the room share requested. Items such as size, ambience, facilities, location, distances from stadium and airport are all taken into account based on availability. Hotels vary from property to property. The company reserves the right to substitute any hotel at any time for another property consistent with the category. Regardless of your arrival or departure times for the hotel, early check-in or late check-out cannot be offered.
• Ground Transportation in New Zealand is only included when specifically mentioned in the package inclusions. Great Atlantic Travel / Goway Travel reserves the right to determine the mode of transportation on any service included in the package price. This may include coaches, mini vans, and other modes.
• Package prices are subject to change at any time as supply and demand dictates. All prices are per person and are based on USD or CAD. Family package rates will vary. World Cup ticket prices cannot be discounted regardless of age.
• Air Information: Air fare is from San Francisco or Los Angeles (USD) and from Vancouver (CAD). The rates quoted within packages cover the departure date and return date as specified. Deviations will be allowed, but please note this may increase the total package cost.For add ons from other US or Canadian cities please enquire, we will be happy to quote the applicable fares. Air taxes & fuel surcharges are not included. Airfares and taxes are only guaranteed once tickets are issued.
• Not Included In Package: Visas, insurance, excess baggage over 20kg (international allowance), extra meals, laundry, drinks, souvenirs, items of a personal nature. Airline taxes & fuel surcharges.
• Changes in Prices and Itineraries: Considerable care has been taken to compile the information in this website but circumstances may necessitate changes in itineraries and costs in which case you will be informed as soon as possible. Great Atlantic Travel / Goway Travel cannot be held responsible for any changes which may occur and reserve the right to increase the price of any travel arrangement prior to date of departure. This includes adjustment for devaluation, fuel surcharges, airfare increases as well as international exchange rate fluctuations.
• Insurance: is highly recommended. You can protect yourself against cancellation penalties if you cancel for a reason covered by the insurance policy you choose. All insurance policies are different. Please read all insurance policy documents very carefully to be sure you fully understand them.
