IMPORTANCE OF EARLY BOOKINGS: Hotels are reserved three to four years in advance of World Cup for delegates, sponsors and sports/media representatives.  These participants attend in an official capacity and stay the entire thirty days.  This coupled with the heavy demand for regular international travel always creates major shortage of accommodations.

It is also important to note that some 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ Host Cities (Cuiaba, Curitiba, Manaus) do not have sufficient accommodations and support services to handle the large volume of international visitor that will be arriving. Some situations will require that travelers stay outside of the host city and travel on the day of the event.

Thess Square Flex - 3 star is conveniently located in the center of Belo Horizonte, only 6 miles from Pampulha Airport. It offers a pool, sauna, and accommodation for short and long-term stays. Rooms at Thess Square Flex are bright, with white tiled floors and plenty of natural light. All have fully equipped kitchenettes, air conditioning, separate lounge areas and queen beds. A breakfast buffet with fresh muffins, fruits and juices is served daily, and guests can use the on-site restaurant. Confins Airport is 19 miles away.

Belo Horizonte Plaza - 4 star offers elegant rooms and fine dining in the center of Belo Horizonte, 19 miles from Tancredo Neves Airport. Guests can enjoy the modern gym, sauna and pool. All come with air conditioning, a minibar and TV with cable access, and have handy work desks. The restaurant serves regional light cuisine and classic cocktails. Guests can also have a daily breakfast buffet with seasonal fruits, natural juices and pastries.

Mercure Belo Horizonte Lourdes - 5 star is located about one mile from downtown, the 5-star Mercure Belo Horizonte Lourdes invites you to relax in bright accommodations and in its indoor pool. After an eventful day, you can also sit back and relax in the sauna or work out in the hotel's gym. The Mercure Belo Horizonte Lourdes also offers a welcoming environment for a drink or an informal conversation in its piano bar and in the restaurant.

St. Paul Plaza Hotel - 3 star is located at the South Hotel Sector, one of the main business districts of Brasilia. It offers convenient rooms with spacious balconies and free Wi- Fi. The large rooms are practical designed. They are air-conditioned and equipped with a cable TV, a work desk and a safe.

Allia Gran Hotel Brasilia Suites - 4 Star is located in central Brasília, this hotel is just 400 metres from Brasília Shopping Centre. It offers an outdoor pool, fitness centre and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and international cable TV. The rooms at the Allia Gran Hotel Brasília Suites feature carpeted floors and elegant décor in soft tones. Each one comes with a private bathroom with a hairdryer. The hotel's modern restaurant serves traditional Brazilian food.

Bonaparte Bluepoint Hotel - 5 star offers tasteful suites in the center of Brasilia, 5 miles from Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek Airport. Hotel Santa Paula - 3 star is located in Guaratuba, this hotel features a spa, sports court and a terrace with indoor pool. The bar is placed directly in the outdoor pool. Wi-Fi and parking are free. The air-conditioned rooms at Santa Paula offer a cheerful décor, with colourful bedding. All feature a minibar, TV and private bathroom. Some rooms include a seating area and facilities for disabled guests. Hotel Santa Paula serves the buffet breakfast in a delightful outdoor dining area.

Gran Marquise Hotel - 4 star is situated near the beach in Fortaleza's Beira Mar neighborhood, this hotel is close to Iracema Beach and Futuro Beach. Regional attractions also include Placido Castelo Stadium. In addition to 3 restaurants, Gran Marquise Hotel features an outdoor pool. Other amenities include a poolside bar and a business center. Flat-panel televisions include satellite channels. Guestrooms also feature jetted bathtubs, fax machines, and air conditioning.

Hotel Luzeiros - 5 star is a classy urban getaway, located in "Ponta do Farol" in the upscale neighborhood of Sao Luis at Sao Marcos Bay.  This hotel is perfect for tourism and ecotourism and adventure travel.  The hotel combines modern facilities, quality services, technology and safety. Luzeiros is inclusive of a gym, spa, steam rooms, pools and pool bars.

Atol das Rocas Hotel - 3 star Just 70 metres from Ponta Negra Beach, the cosy Atol das Rocas Hotel offers ocean views, an outdoor pool and charming garden with a terrace. It is 9 km from Augusto Severo Airport. The contemporary rooms at Atol das Rocas feature a balcony or a patio. They include air conditioning, cable TV, a minibar and telephone. Free Wi-Fi is provided.  Guests at Hotel Atol das Rocas can enjoy a daily breakfast buffet with fresh baguettes and buns, tropical fruits and fresh cakes. Room service is available.

Pizzato Praia Hotel - 4 star The 4-star Pizzato Praia Hotel offers accommodations with balconies and a lovely outdoor pool just a few blocks from Ponta Negra Beach. Before walking to the most popular beach of Natal or sunbathing by the pool, you are invited to savor a delicious breakfast buffet with lots of fruits, juices and regional pastries.

Best Western Premier Majestic - 5 star Boasting rooms with sea views, plus an outdoor pool, this luxurious hotel is in the popular Ponta Negra area. It offers shops, a modern gym, bar and restaurant. Wi-Fi and parking are free.  The air-conditioned rooms at Premier Majestic hotel feature an LCD TV with cable channels, minibar and safe. All boast a tasteful neo-classic décor and fine amenities. Some also include a balcony.

Tulip Inn Centro Historico - 3 star Tulip Inn Centro Histórico has air conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi access. It features a sauna and large indoor pool. All rooms are equipped with contemporary furniture and decorated in neutral colors. Each one has cable TV and a minibar.  Tulip Inn Centro Histórico's restaurant offers various local dishes as well as international cuisines.  Guests can relax in the modern fitness center or play pool in the game room.

Holiday Inn Porto Alegre - 4 star Holiday Inn Hotel Porto Alegre is located in the business district of Porto Alegre. Services include free internet and access to the gym.  Rooms at the Holiday Inn are spacious with cable TV, minibar and air conditioning. Some rooms include a bathtub.  The Holiday Inn features an American-style bar, and a restaurant. A buffet breakfast is provided there each morning.

Hotel Continental Porto Alegre - 4 star The Hotel Continental Porto Alegre invites you to sunbathe by its outdoor pool on the terrace while admiring panoramic views of downtown Porto Alegre. The guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, minibar and free internet access. Room service is provided 24 hours a day. A gym, Lobby Bar, restaurant and a great infrastructure for business meetings are also provided on site.

Mercure Apartments Recife Navegantes - 3 star offers air conditioned rooms with equipped kitchens in a privileged area of Boa Viagem Beach, in Recife. The beach is a short walk away, but you can also sunbathe while savoring a drink by the hotel's outdoor pool. The Mercure Apartments Recife Navegantes has a bar and a restaurant. In addition, room service is provided 24 hours a day.

The Transamérica Prestige hotel - 4 star is in Recife, right across Boa Viagem Beach. It features an outdoor pool, a modern gym and 24-hour room service. Wi-Fi and parking are free. The air conditioned rooms of this 4-star hotel offer a luxurious décor, and boast scenic sea views. All feature a minibar, cable TV and living room. Some rooms have a balcony. Transamérica Prestige - Beach Class International serves tropical fruit and breads at the buffet breakfast.

The Atlante Plaza - 5 star is a luxury hotel situated on the Boa Viagem Beach in Recife. It offers air-conditioned rooms, and has a rooftop pool and a terrace with lounge chairs. Rooms at the Plaza are spacious. Each room has large windows, cable TV and a minibar. Some rooms have views of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests of the hotel can relax in the sauna, visit the fitness center, or enjoy a massage. The Atlante Plaza also has a game room with pool table and provides free Wi-Fi access.

Mar Ipanema Hotel - 3 star is in an ideal location, just 300 ft from the world-famous Ipanema Beach. With modern design interiors, it offers a lively bar and restaurant, plus free Wi-Fi. Mar Ipanema is in Rio de Janeiro ´s "Charm Zone", next to Copacabana Beach and Leblon district. The popular Posto 10 area and Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon are both within 1000 ft. Rooms feature air conditioning, cable TV and minibar, while some also supply LCD TV, iPod dock or CD player.

Mirador Rio Hotel - 4 star is Within a 5-minute walk from Copacabana Beach, this hotel offers a rich breakfast and air conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. The Capital GC Hoteis - 4 star is in the lively Itaim Bibi district, São Paolo's financial center. Its spa features a rooftop pool, sun terrace and gym, offering panoramic views of Ibirapuera Park. The modern rooms at The Capital GC Hotéis have quality wood furniture. All feature a sitting area with sofa, and a work desk with free internet. Some have private balconies with city views and kitchenettes.

L'Hotel Porto Bay Sao Paulo - 5 star hotel offers luxurious accommodations just 165 ft from Trianon-Masp metro station in Bela Vista, Sao Paolo. It has a spa, swimming pool and free private parking. Rooms at L'Hotel Porto Bay São Paulo are elegantly designed and have free Wi-Fi, cable TV, work desk and private bathroom with amenities. Some rooms have a spacious sitting area and a DVD player with an assortment of DVDs. Porto Bay offers the Trebbiano Restaurant, which prepares Italian and Mediterranean specialties, and Il Piano Bar, which serves cocktails and refreshments.

Our 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ programs offer flexible accommodations. Accommodations used in these packages are based on the room share requested. Hotels may vary from property to property, however, they will be in the class that you requested. Great Atlantic Travel reserves the right to substitute any hotel at any time for another property consistent with the same category. Triple room prices are based on room share for 3 people accommodated in two beds. Regardless of your arrival or departure times for the hotel, early check in (before 3 or 4 PM) or late check out (after 11 AM - Noon) cannot be offered. Upon check in all hotels will require a credit card for incidental charges. Actual hotels to be utilized will be assigned at a later date.
