Match Schedule: The 32 nations in the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ will be known in the Fall of 2013. The Draw on December 6th, 2013 will determine the first round match locations and dates for all thirty two nations.

Booking Form: Buy Online or compete the attached booking form. In order to secure your place as part of the tour, you must complete the booking form. The lead name is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal details or any other information supplied in respect of yourself and any other person travelling on the booking. In addition the lead name is responsible for passing on any information regarding the booking or any changes made in relation to booking.  Should you have any questions, please review the terms and conditions and call or email us for clarification. Prices are per person and are based on USD.  Prices are subject to change at any time as supply and demand dictates. Prices will fluctuate based on dates of travel and host cities visited. The maximum number of guests per room is four, with a maximum of two beds. As an authorized agent, we are limited to the type of service that we are authorized to offer. If we cannot provide a required service, we will direct you to a reputable source that can assist you.

Family Package prices: A package price discount of 15% is available for children (under15) occupying the same room with two adults.  The discount is based on the land portion of the travel package. Please note there is a maximum of four people in a room with two beds.

Deposits: We require a deposit of $500 per person along with a completed booking form to reserve your space. These forms should be forwarded to Great Atlantic Travel (the company) 1065 Laskin Road, #101, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. All payments are accepted on first come, first serve basis subject to availability. Follow Your Team deposits are refundable less an administrative charge should your team not make the final tournament.

Additional Payment: A payment of 30% is due on August 30, 2013, another payment of 40% is due on December 10, 2013 with the balance due on March 1, 2014.  All bookings made after March 1, 2014 must be accompanied by full tour payment (100%).

Confirmation: Upon receiving deposit and completed booking information, Great Atlantic Travel will confirm your request and forward a receipt of payment with a complete confirmation of services to be provided.  Please review this confirmation carefully as it is unlikely that Great Atlantic Travel can accommodate changes later on.  Confirmation Invoice: Please check the details carefully and inform us immediately if anything is incorrect.  Names on travel documents must EXACTLY match those on your passport.   Great Atlantic Travel cannot accept any liability if an airline or other supplier refuses boarding because of the name shown in your passport differ from those on your airline ticket.   Domestic Airlines in Brazil are very strict concerning exact passport name and airline ticket.

Travel Packages are per person prices based on double occupancy for multi night stays in host cities of your choice. Your invoice will indicate the services that are included in the travel package for each host city.  The 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ final draw will be 6 December 2013.  The Draw will determine the actual host cities and date of group round matches for all Teams.  Each host city can be extended or reduced to a two night minimum in all cities accept RIO de Janeiro which requires three night minimum for early rounds and longer stays for knock out rounds.  Also, the opening match in Sao Paulo will require a minimum stay of three nights.

Rio de Janeiro Options and Match Dates: Brazil is not complete without taking in the sites of Rio. Rio has the reputation as one of the most desirable cities to visit in the world. As a result of this, accommodations in Rio de Janeiro will incur a surcharge should your team be selected to play there. The cost for providing accommodations in Rio de Janeiro is substantially higher than other host cities due to the limited number of hotels. Multi night packages are available for a Follow Your Team or add on to your travel package.

Accommodation Grading System in Brazil: Hotels used in these programs will be classified based on the Brazilian Hotel rating of 3 Star, 4 Star or 5 Star.  Resorts in Brazil are classified as 4 Star.  The accommodations used in these packages are based on the room share requested. Items such as size, ambience, facilities, location, distances from stadium and airport are all taken into account based on availability.  Hotels vary from property to property and hotel classifications may vary on different websites.

Accommodations: Please review our website for complete information concerning the types of accommodations in Brazil.  The maximum number of beds in a hotel is two beds  (these beds could be singles or doubles).  It will be possible that in some host cities that there will be rooms with 3 single beds.  Consider this a special request based on  Submit a custom request

Accommodations in Rio de Janeiro: The cost for providing accommodations in Rio de Janeiro is substantially higher than other host cities due to the limited number of hotel rooms.  In the event your team is selected to play in Rio de Janeiro a surcharge will be added to the travel package based on the number of nights you would be in Rio.  This can only be determined after the 6 December 2013 draw. Rio de Janeiro travel packages are also available to be added to any  Follow your Team or Select your Schedule programs.

FIFA Match ticketing Information: Based on the overwhelming demand for tickets to the FIFA 2014 World Cup™, FIFA will NOT appoint Official Travel Agency partners for this event. The majority of tickets will go to the 200 million plus residents of Brazil. Consequently. It is important to understand that there will be three methods of obtaining official World Cup tickets as indicated below.

1.       FIFA Official Ticket Sales Platform via the official event website FIFA.com.  Tickets will go on sale after the 2013 Confederation Cup in the summer of 2013.  Individual tickets for all matches of the 2014 FIFA World Cup will be sold directly to fans via FIFA.com.  Fans must register and secure their own match tickets direct through FIFA.com

2.       National Football Federations are authorized an allotment of World Cup tickets for the first three group round matches upon qualifying for the World Cup in the fall of 2013.  As a fan of your country Federation, you are authorized to apply for World Cup tickets after your Federation qualifying. Each Federation has the right to determine their method of issuing tickets.

3.      FIFA's Exclusive official hospitality rights holder, MATCH Hospitality, is authorized to sell ticket-inclusive hospitality packages. Ticket Inclusive Hospitality Packages: The 2014 FIFA World Cup™ Official Hospitality Program offers guests premium tickets bundled together with a wide range of services such as facilities at the stadium (private suites, lounges and marquee tents), gourmet catering, preferential parking, entertainment and gifts. Transportation in Brazil: Since Brazil is such a vast country, the most logistical way to travel between host cities is by air. Selecting the right method of transportation is one of the hardest parts of planning a trip. Transportation modes in Brazil vary from flights, bus and car, there are trains but they are not vastly used between cities because of travel distance and time. International Airfare: During the 2014 FIFA World Cup airline reservations into Brazil will be at an absolute premium.  Therefore, it is critical to reserve your seats as early as possible to get the best air schedule and prices available.  Schedule and pricing will be available 11 months prior to travel.

Domestic Flights in Brazil: Since Brazil is such a vast country; the most logistical way to travel though out the country is by air.  Our travel programs can be purchased with roundtrip or one way airfare between the host cities of Brazil. In some cases, connecting flights may be required between host cities.

Ground Transfers: We will offer  "meet and greet" services at the airport and between the airport and hotel on group arrival and departure dates.  It is important that you verify this inclusion is part of your selected package.

Match Day Transportation: The 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ final draw will be December 6, 2013. This will determine the dates and match locations for all teams for the group matches.  Match transportation is included in most travel packages.  Please verify that your preference on match day transportation is included. Prices are based on Match transportation within the host city area. Additional Match Day Packages are available from other host cities that would require motorcoach and airfare . It is important to verify the inclusions in your travel package price.

Brazil Travel Staff: Our Sports Travel managers are well experienced in International Sports Travel. They are dedicated and attentive managers that will be there to offer guidance and assistance throughout your travels. In addition, they will be supported by a dedicated Brazilian team that will be there to offer advice and assistance.

Host City Guided Tours: This half day guided tour will give you a panoramic city tour that will take in the major sites of each host city.

Follow Your Team Packages:  It is important to note that Follow your Team package dates may need to be adjusted based on the December 2013 draw. Should your team be selected to play in the FIFA opening match against Brazil in Sao Paulo, there will be a FIFA surcharge (TBD). Please note that in the event your team is selected to play in Rio de Janeiro a surcharge will be added to the travel package based on the number of nights you would be in Rio. Should this occur, our staff will keep you informed. Reducing the number of nights in Rio will lower the surcharge. This will need to be handled immediately after the draw, 6 December, 2013.

Follow Multiple Teams; This cannot be confirmed until after the draw in December 2013. It is best to purchase a package following your primary team and then after the draw, determine the actual travel dates that will include both teams. *Those teams that are selected to play in Rio de Janeiro, the premium will be added to your package after the draw.

Select Your Schedule, Round of 16, Quarters, Semis and Final Travel Packages: All of these programs will be processed based on the established dates and hotels assigned in accordance with the bookings. The draw will not impact the status of these travel packages.

PASSPORT/VISA: Brazil entry requirements include a valid passport and travel visa for US citizens that are travelling to Brazil.  There are no "airport visas" and immigration authorities will refuse entry to Brazil to anyone not possessing a valid visa.

Travel Packages After the Draw: will be added after December 6th, 2013. As always, the FIFA draw will create a different travel concept based on the three host cities.  Our staff will thoroughly evaluate the possibilities and offer additional programs, transportation supplements and options will be added to accommodate both groups and individuals. It is possible to transfer to another package should the new package be more accommodating to your schedule (Any changes must be made within two days of the draw). Package prices may differ from your current package. Pre purchased travel packages with International or domestic Brazil airfare may not be changed based on airline agreements.  In addition, any scheduled accommodations in Rio de Janiero may not be transferred due to the limitation of hotels.

Extra Nights and additional hospitality can be purchased after the draw.

Insurance: is highly recommended. You can protect yourself against cancellation penalties if you cancel for a reason covered by the insurance policy you choose. All insurance policies are different. Please read all insurance policy documents very carefully to be sure you fully understand them.
