ACCOMMODATIONS: Hotels are reserved three to four years in advance of the 2008 Beijing Summer Games for delegates, sponsors, and sports/media representatives who attend in an official capacity. This coupled with the heavy demand for regular international travel has created a major shortage of First Class accommodations. China's hotel ratings follow standards set by the Hotel and Travel Index and by the China National Tourist Board. The specific rating for each contract hotel is categorized by a certain number of stars (i.e. *** = Standard, **** First Class and ***** = Luxury). We will do our utmost to obtain lodging in the category you desire.

INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC FLIGHTS: During the 2008 Beijing Summer Games, airline reservations into China will be at an absolute premium. Therefore, it is critical to reserve your seats as early as possible to get the best air schedule and prices available. Choice routing from major cities worldwide will undoubtedly sell out quickly for this exciting international event. Your flight arrangements can be handled by your personal travel agent, or by our professionals at Great Atlantic Travel. We are a full service company dedicated to customer satisfaction. NOTE: Air quotes cannot be done until 11 months prior to travel.
