Washington Redskins Overnight with Motorcoach Itinerary
Basic Example of Itinerary (subject to change based on game and date)
SATURDAY
- 8:00AM - Bus departs from Norfolk's Indian River Road Park N Ride at the intersection of I-64 (Exit 286A) and Indian River Road. Park in the back corner of the lot
- 8:30AM - Bus picks up from and departs from Newport News Super K-mart in Village Square, located on Victory Blvd. Take exit 256B from I-64, go east and the Super K-Mart is located approximately a half mile on the right. Park in the area beside the Village Square sign next to Chick-Fil-A and the gas station.
- 9:45AM - Bus picks up and departs from Richmond's Atlee Square Shopping Center located on Route 301 (Chamberlayne Road), and Atlee Road, 4th street light from I-295. Park behind the China Kitchen. After the Richmond pickup the buses will stop at a local McDonald's for a breakfast stop which would last 30 to 45 minutes.
- 12:30PM - Approximate arrival time at hotel. If the rooms are ready, then we will check in at that time. However, hotel check in is not guaranteed until 3:00PM. If the room are not ready for early check in then we will offer an alternative plan such as a drop off at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. You may also choose to wait at the hotel and we will try to get your room earlier than the 3pm check in time.
- 1:00PM - Bus departs the hotel for the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum with a pick up time of 5:00PM. Check in to hotel after return from Smithsonian if rooms were not available for early check in.
- 3:00PM - Hotel check in. You are required to leave a credit card imprint for incidental room charges.
- The evening is free to enjoy at your leisure. There are numerous restaurants, shops, and bars located throughout the Crystal City area.
SUNDAY
- 10:00AM - Hotel check out. Please clear all incidental room charges.
- 10:30AM - Bus departs hotel for FedEx Field. You will arrive in plenty of time to enjoy pre-game activities.
- 1:00PM - Kick off for Washington Redskins vs opponent; *Departure 30 minutes after the completion of the game. It is the passengers responsibility to return to his/her assigned bus. Bus parking lot is located across from Gate G and Budweiser/Bud Light Pavilion. Please enter and exit the stadium through these gates in order to locate bus easier.
- There will be a quick fast food dinner stop on either the way back to the Richmond area or right after the Richmond drop off.
- 9:00-9:30PM - Estimated arrival time back to Hampton Roads

Packages are also available for groups of 40 or more. Private groups can choose either of the above three packages and may choose a departure point of their own. Please call the office for rates and more information.
