The Gold Room at Churchill Downs The Gold Room at Churchill Downs is a Gambler's Paradise located on the 6th floor with an incredible view of the entire track for the Kentucky Derby and Oaks The Gold Room at Churchill Downs is the place for those whom want the absolute best horse betting experience during the Kentucky Derby and Oaks. The indoors Gold Room is located on the 6th floor next to Millionaire's Row. There are private betting booths (64 booths) as well as (18) 4 seat tables where you can sit and place your best on your own LCD monitors. The Gold Room looks similar to a sports book room that you would find only at a Las Vegas Casino with over 20 flat screen televisions, and enough betting windows that you will hardly find a line.
