Clubhouse 218 at Churchill Downs This is the smallest 2nd Floor Clubhouse section tucked up under the overhang below Clubhouse 318 at Churchill Downs with only 150 Seats for the Derby and Oaks Clubhouse 218 is located on the 2nd floor, directly behind the Winner's Circle and just before the Finish line. There are 25 total boxes in this section, making this the smallest 2nd floor clubhouse section, but you do have access to the 3rd floor clubhouse where you'll find some of the best concessions, cleanest restrooms, and smaller lines at the betting windows. There are 2 rows in Clubhouse 218, A and B; Row A has 12 boxes (12-23) and row B has 13 boxes (11-23). These are all 6 seat boxes giving this section a total of 150 seats. In our expert opinion, Great Atlantic Travel does not recommend this section for viewing the race due to the low overhang, but it is a great box to view the post race activities and an inexpensive way to access the 3rd floor clubhouse and have a reserved seat.
