Clubhouse 212 at Churchill Downs This is the 2nd smallest 2nd Floor Clubhouse section at Churchill Downs with only 252 Seats for the Derby and Oaks Clubhouse 212 is located on the 2nd floor, directly behind 1st floor clubhouses 111 and 112. You have a great view of the 1st turn at Churchill Downs race track. There are only 2 rows in Clubhouse 212, rows A and B (there is a walkway between the 2 rows of boxes) with 21 boxes in each row, box 21 closest to the Finish line. Each box is a 6 seat box consisting of metal folding chairs and all boxes are covered which is great when there is inclement weather or too much sun. With 42 boxes, and approximately 252 seats, this is one of the smallest 2nd Floor Clubhouse box.
