DEPOSITS AND FINAL
PAYMENTS (BASIC PACKAGE)
Land Travel - Minimum deposit required is $75.00
per person for overnight trips and $50.00 for day trips. Balance
must be received 45 days prior to departure.
Travel with airline reservations require a
$100.00 per person deposit to reserve space plus cost of airline
tickets. Payments not received in accordance with schedule will
result in reservation cancellation without refund.
SUBMISSION OF
DEPOSITS
Submission of deposits and/or payments signifies acknowledgment and
agreement to all tour conditions. Travel and baggage insurance is
available and recommended, call for details.
PAYING BY CREDIT
CARD
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.The
Billing Address will be verified with your credit card company so
you must use the exact address where your statements are sent. For
orders over $1,000 a completed credit card authorization with
legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card that
was used for the purchase will be required. You will have
seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the credit card
authorization to return it to us. If the credit card
authorization is not returned, your order will be canceled and all
monies refunded.
Should you require that the order be shipped we will require
faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the
invoice along with legible copies of your driver's license and the
credit card that was used. This is done to protect both of us
against fraudulent use.

Cash can be accepted only in person at our office: 1065 Laskin

PAYING BY CHECK OR MONEY
ORDER
Personal checks are accepted by Great Atlantic Travel & Tour
Company. Ticket/travel packages are not released until checks
clear.To make a payment using a cashiers check or money order: The
order must be submitted by using the special request form or by
phone. Payment by cashiers check or money order may not be
available on all ticket orders. If your request can be handled, the
tickets may be held for up to 24 hours. The cashiers check or money
order must be sent to us using an overnight delivery
service.Payment will also be accepted at our office located at:

TRANSFER
To purchase tickets using Bank Wire Transfer as a payment
method:
The order must be submitted by using a special request form or by
phone. Payment by wire transfer may not be available on all ticket
orders. If your request can be handled, the tickets may be held for
